We have three meeting rooms where you can work professionally in both small and large groups. The smaller room has space for eight people. The larger room can hold up to 60 people and is best suited for presentations. We offer a wide range of conference technology, including projectors, monitors, flip charts, whiteboards, screens and, of course, wireless internet access.
Catering and other services are provided by the restaurant and hotel. We can advise you on a suitable menu, organisation and a supporting programme of events – tailored to suit your needs.

Just ask! We offer daily fixed meeting rates starting from €30.00 per person, including technical equipment and catering/coffee breaks. For afternoon or evening events, we are happy to provide a buffet or set menus according to your requirements. For multi-day events, we can provide a range of attractive packages, including overnight accommodation. Thanks to our many years' experience and the interesting options on offer, both in-house or in the surrounding area, we are also in an excellent position to ensure that the social programme around your event is a resounding success. From individual city tours – also available as a night-time tour – and sightseeing tours of the historic old town quarter of Quedlinburg, to larger events: we will be happy to assist in making your conference a success.
